NASCAR hall of famer Jeff Gordon won 93 times in the Cup Series, and he used this car to secure a victory at Talladega Superspeedway in 2000.
Reportedly, Gordon ran this car at superspeedways like Daytona and Talladega throughout 2000 and 2001. He won his last NASCAR Cup Series championship in 2001.
In 2005, Gene Felton, who has 45 wins in IMSA, bought the car and restored it back to its 2001 specs after it was run in ARCA.
