No expenses were spared preparing this Alpine A110 Group 4 rally car

What do German rally driver Werner Fahnert and Olympic gold medal-winning Spanish footballer Santiago Cañizares have in common? Both owned this Renault Alpine A110 1600.

From 2012 to 2024, the Alpine underwent a no-expense-spared refit that included a custom engineered suspension setup, new plexiglass windshield, Penske racing shocks, custom brake rotors and a “highly refined” race engine.

Accompanying the A110 are copies of ownership documentation dating back to 1995 as well as service records.
