Although the sharp edges of the original Esprit’s design had softened by the time of the final S4 iteration, its performance was still just as punchy–just look at the Esprit V8 for proof.
Behind the driver and passenger is a twin-turbocharged V8 rated at 350 horsepower, which can propel the Lotus to 60 mph in under five seconds.
As for this particular Esprit V8, it’s one of only eight examples shipped to North America finished in Azure Blue Metallic over a Magnolia leather interior.
The Lotus also shows fewer than 5800 miles since new and has been upgraded with a limited-slip differential, AP Racing brakes, K&N air filter and an aftermarket muffler.
