Matador red? How about Grabber Orange instead?
Originally delivered to Spain, this GT350 returned to the U.S. only last year and stands as one of 57 convertibles produced for 1970. But that’s not all: This GT350 is one of only two produced with the four-speed transmission and finished in eye-catching Grabber Orange for that year.
And guess what? It’s almost completely original.
This GT350 convertible sports a matching-number engine, original shipping window sticker, original Shelby Automotive order copies, owner's manual and registry production metrics.
The car also had a recent cosmetic makeover, receiving factory-correct paint and a new convertible top, which has only been put down for fitment.
Find this 1970 Shelby GT350 Convertible for auction at Mecum on October 19.
