Think of the possibilities with this 1996 Daihatsu Midget 2. The seller reports it gets 50+ mpg and goes more than 65 mph. Despite its practicality, they add they used to race these vehicles in Japan.
ZF Custom Concepts, owned by Ernie Francis and Monica Zima, is selling this Daihatsu. It comes with a street-legal Florida title.
It contains all the creature comforts you could want–air conditioning, AM/FM Bluetooth radio, tinted windows. It also has new paint and a new chassis undercoating.
The Daihatsu only has 66,000 miles. It has a 660cc engine mated with a 4-speed manual that propels this 1200-pound vehicle with ease. The seller said it’s “faster than [a] mini truck or mini van and plenty of fun to drive. Like a super go kart.” If you do want to race it, the seller will even add an optional roll bar.
