What’s so special about this long-parked, SMG-equipped E46-chassis BMW M3? It’s all about the potential of what it can be.
The seller originally purchased the M3 in 2018 with the hopes of replacing the SMG transmission with a six-speed manual. Those dreams never quite came to fruition, so the seller has decided to part ways with the project–something I’m sure some of us can relate to.
Currently showing around 136,000 miles, the M3 is offered with a salvage title. As for that six-speed transmission, it can be "supplied with the car at an additional cost.”
