Billed as a numbers-matching example, the Porsche underwent a complete restoration in 2016, where it was stripped down to bare metal and repainted in its original shade of black. The interior was also completely reupholstered in factory-correct black leather.
The 356 is also accompanied by a Porsche certificate of authenticity and is noted to have won the Weissach Award at the 2014 Monterey Porsche Parade.
