Love the Passat wagons! Right size & flesibility. Bought a new '03. When it hit a 130,000 pain free miles, had to get an '04 with half the tenure. Oh if just one of them had a six-speed & W8.

Tell people you just bought an eight-cylinder German wagon, and they’ll probably think you purchased something like a BMW or an Audi. Imagine their surprise when you pull up in a Volkswagen.
Essentially two V4 engines joined at a 72-degree angle, the W8 used in this Passat served as a precursor to later W engines used in Bentleys, Bugattis and more.
This 2004 VW Passat W8 Wagon comes fitted with the desirable six-speed manual and is billed as mostly unmodified aside from tinted windows and blue-painted brake calipers.
