1995 NYG ACR coupe $1000

Ok, the 1995 ACR Coupe I recently bought is up for sale. It has more issues than I have the time/space/interest to deal with, so it's gotta go.

Good:

1. Car runs and shifts well
2. New battery
3. Stock airbox was broken, so I ripped it out and replaced it with a K&N cone
4. New wiper blades
5. Brakes are great
6. Comes with 5qts of 20W50, new valvecover gasket, new oil filter, and new fuel filter
7. It's a NYG ACR

Bad:

1. Clearcoat is peeling
2. Car has scratches and dings all over
3. Has a couple rust spots on the fender and hood
4. Dash is cracked
5. A/C, blower, and wipers don't work
6. Gauges need to be resoldered
7. Slight valvecover gasket leak
8. Major head gasket leak
9. Oil in coolant, but no coolant in oil
10. Suspension is shot and groans a lot
11. Missing one lugstud at each of the passenger wheels
12. Shifter bushing shot
13. Codes showing: 12, 44, 25, 65, 21

I've done my best to give an accurate description of the issues that the car has. I've been driving the car back and forth to work (roughly 80 miles a day) and haven't been stranded yet. The car leaks about 3 quarts of oil a week driving it back and forth. I have pictures that are available upon request. I'm taking a loss on the car, so don't try to lowball me.
