The biscuit is in the basket!
And made it home no issues.
yup- I did NOT need to see that ad.
patrick- If I don't challenge this myself (2017 will probably be the saab's last challenge hurrah) and you need a car to drive for the event you are welcome to borrow it.
Congrats on the Shaguar!
I know that partout is near you!
Do the secondary tensioners now! Get the tensioners from Amazon, bolts from ford, and I have the special tool required!

Tensioners were already upgraded and replaced.
This car has now changed owners again.

I'm tired of Indy-wife always borrowing mine. Also another Challenge car.

Oh I foresee an Indy Family Challenge battle.
So, I was the proud caretaker of this Jag from 116k to 136k (ish). 20k miles, in just under 4 years. Right when I first bought the car, I did the engine mounts (both were ripped up badly), fixed the brake fluid leak, and shortly after that I did the driver's front wheel bearing. I've also done a thermostat and a coolant temp sensor, and the accessory drive belt when a tensioner grenaded. Other than that just oil changes (I think I did 4 in the time I owned it).
It's an excellent car. Great HVAC, nice heated seats. Faster than it has any right to be. It took great care of us over the past 4 years and I know it will take good care of it's next family too. My feeling is that these are very solid, dependable cars - and they have been appreciating over the last 4 years if I'm not mistaken.
TLDR - get an XJR!

Does one of the kids need a silver jaguar to join in on the family fun? Lol
