This would be my cheapest way in. Towing NH to FL to NH crushes the price of a $2000 ($4000) entry.
But, I could see it very worth a flight and a <$2000 vehicle for the weekend. People spend more on vacations all the time.
FL $2000 vehicle best you can find, as is, that will pass the tech and make it to the event?
Maybe line up some recycler to give $xxx/ton at the end of the weekend guaranteed.
Could be I am reaching...

But it is definitely feasible. Ive seen many do it.
Dibs on any vehicles that need "disposal". Convenient to the race track. Drop the vehicle off and be back for the awards presentation 10 minutes later.

I was thinking "im reasonably sure stampies new spot is rock throwing distance from the track and the man is the reigning king of half budget.....I can see him having his own fleet of ready to run challenge cars"

During Covid times i thought about taking $2K to Gainesville used car lots and picking out a winner. Anything under $2K goes into vinyl graphics.
Then donate the left overs to my favorite public radio station.
