When is the last day to purchase bbq dinner for crew members?
If they want brisket, 2 weeks prior
If they want pork, 1 week prior
If they want chicken 3 days prior.
All the cornbread has already been spoken for.
BBQ dinner? I know there's a parking lot build, and I think I have heard something about an awards banquet, but I don't know about any other ancillary events.

Friday dinner, after autox and before drags, catered by Sonny's every time I've been there.

It's in the Pavilion at the track 5ish I think so right before the drags.
Let me see if I can get a deadline today; last I heard we hadn't gotten a firm date from the restaurant. Right now, dinners are still available and there aren't any shortages.
The last day to buy tickets is 10/19. If they're on the registration page, they're still available.
