That thing has been posted at least 3 times on CL. I had e-mailed and called a couple times before, never got a response. Hopefully someone will hav better luck than I did.

Yeah, I have emailed about it asking if they would sell the wheels only but gotten no response.
I'm worried about the "one more cylinder needs to be freed up" part.

Running/driving/title-having examples show up for sub $1k often enough on crazedlist.org that you can have one if you really want it. (by really want it I mean: after you think long and hard about it and have to scrounge up the $1k for it and explain to your SO why you will probably spend the next several years working on a car but it is REALLY COOL so it is worth it type of want it)
