A little over budget, but I'm guessing there's some wiggle room:

A little under budget, but with little details:

I wonder if all those "THOSE WHEELS ARE WORTH A THOUSAND BUCKS" people were right.

I think a C4 will be my graduation car...

I change the car in that sentence about once a month.

Early C4s are really cheap. The L98/4+3 isn't a bad combo. Early LT1s are getting close to the 5 grand mark. Buy the newest you can afford.

agree with ZOOMiata. the '84 is a cross-fire injection, two throttle body injectors on a common plenum. '85 was the first year for the L98 TPI.

i'd take that 84 over that 86.

crossfire is not as bad as people claim, or you can snag a TPI harness and do the LT1 intake conversion. or LSx swap.

i want so badly to put an LS in my 91 but the body control module that started in 90 or 91 makes it not a simple swap like it is in the early c4's. i gather when the L98 goes i'll say screw it and buy an LS2 or 6 or 3 or 9(i can dream right?)
