Lol, I'm bringing a 1999 323i with a 330i engine swap. If I'm not in last that's a win in my book. We can definitely drink a beer or 2.

Hang out and get ready for the best car show that'll break out into a race. Be prepared to get overwhelmed.
Edit oh forgot smack talk. Don't know what you're bringing but I'll beat you. Or just drink a beer with you. Something like that.
Don't forget the tacos!

I say at least 12.5 because ... not Miata.
took the mr2 to the loading dock at work to scuff up the Hoosiers. You guys are in trouble! At least in the autocross. It's on rails!
3rd gen MR2's are pretty awesome to autocross. I have owned two in the past.
I have only driven them on street tires, Hoosiers must be ridiculous!

But if you get lost all the time it doesn't matter how fast it is.

Pretty sure that E30 is coming back. If so I think it'll beat your AMC.
Anti smack talk ... I almost called Michael 5 times that morning when the AMC went up for sale. I still regret not making the call.
The engine and a bunch of other stuff for that e30 were in my shop when the fire started (and finished for that matter) yes the intention was to avenge DFL. Also as somebody who can turn just about anything into fun 38th place isn't and will never be.
On the strength of my friends and colleagues I have something for y'all at least in the autocross portion of the event

What is going on with that piping? It looks almost like the intake goes straight into an intercooler.
Is there a Nagasaki spinny boy in there?

Uh huh big one too. Well relatively it's the largest turbo I own that a d16 might spool which interestingly is the smallest turbo I own.

You gotta show up to have a chance to win.
Bailing on the challenge is worse than DFL.
Our turbo is bigger than your turbo

It is already packed and ready to roll. Along with a couple more in various conditions.

I love that a huge turbo in the passenger area of some type of automatic transmissioned car is just so normal for grm that nobody even says "what the hell is going on here?".
I'm sure I'll read about it in a couple of months.
