FMV Request - Busted up Trans Am wing

I was just given this. What does the group say for an FMV? 

It came off a Trans Am car that found a wall and is missing a pretty good chunk.

I'm still trying to figure out what FMV means?

Fair market value.  It is used to determine price of objects that are difficult to value for challenge purposes.

I don't think free is quite right.  I think that can be fixed and made to work properly.

I was thinking more like $40.00.

I'd tend to agree with Angry on this, generally. At just about any IMSA race I've attended there's some chunk of race car in a trash can somewhere. That said, this wasn't actually grabbed in this way hence the question.

I suppose the other way to value this would be what someone would pay to hang it on the wall. I don't think I'd pay much of anything personally but it's a real race car part that took part in a real race. I could see someone grabbing this an attempting to sell it for as much as $100 but I can't imagine someone would pay that much. 

$0 IMHO all day long.  Now if it were undamaged...

Seems like the prevailing thought is $0 so I'll run with that unless there are strong opinions otherwise.
