Registrations are already coming in for the $2000 Challenge. In fact, we're on track to break a new attendance record if this trend continues.
In years past, we've had to be very strict about cancellations/refunds due to the size of the event.
This year, though, we're implementing a more lenient refund/cancellation policy. A higher car count gives us more wiggle room when planning, which means cancellations aren't as big of a deal as they used to be.
The new cancellation policy will read as follows:
Cancel with full refund more than 30 days from registration close date. Cancel with 50% refund 30-15 days from registration close date. No refunds less than 15 days from registration close date.
