Definitely worth less. Who knows if the owner knows that or not.
The motor is worthless, 850s are not anything people want. The parts that could be worth something are:
Body shell, depending on rust
Rear windows, side and rear (unique to 59-60 and not available new)
Front sliding window hardware IF present
Subframes have some value IF not rotted
Title and VIN tags IF present
If the body shell is fairly solid thats the big ticket item. Secondly VIN tags and title IF they have them.
No way to tell from these pics.

Agreed. If the shell has VIN tags and he has a transferable title, then it would have value to some as "re-VIN" donor.
