I know its over the limit but would really like to see one of you guys buy this car. i would love to read a build thread about it PRICE $2,400.00

i bought this car from a friend of foxtrapper. it is a 1961 ford falcon with the 170 six 2 spd auto. i just dont need it. i would really like to see a member get it. this car has so much potential its not even funny. it is very straight and rust free. it has new brakes, wheel cylinders, drums. cleaned tank out fixed gas gage sending unit. rebuilt carb but should have listerned to Foxtrapper and replaced it it runs and drives but needs carb. things it needs: front floor matt front seat insert vinyl is fine has 2 small dents in roof

Ohhhhhh and my tax $$$ just showed up. I so want a 64 2 door comet but a falcon could probably scratch the itch

how much have you driven it? what does it need to make the drive to Detroit? or, if your compensation was an '03 mazda6s, would you transport it to the Detroit area for me? SVreX borrowed the Mazda when he was in town to pick up the mini, so he can give you a 3rd-party assessment of it.

Angry i know your not interested any longer but i would like to answer your question.......everyone remember this is a 1961 Ford Falcon when this car was built it was not intented to run down the highway at 70mph it has a top speed of 80mph it was made to run around town in. its fun to drive around town but i wouldnt want to run out on the interstate with it for very long. most likely if VWguyBruce and i do not make a deal on the car i will ship it to Pittsburgh and really go thru the car and then take it to spring Carlisle
