It ain't a '78, but it looks like it could pretty easily be turned into a nice car. Looks like it might have a Weber carb conversion, too. Wonder what they have done to make the rear-end all jacked-up like that?

I'm guessing they jacked it up and set it back down without rolling it to settle the suspension afterwards.

Likely, yes, but I've seen some pretty goofy stuff done with spring-seated shocks, etc.

No Spitfire is ever a good v8 swap candidate... A rotory, on the other hand...

It would really depend on how rusty it is, but my first instinct says that car is priced at least 2x too high. Fortunately, way too far away.

On second look... The bumpers appear to be in dirty, but good shape. While generally loathed, there are a few out there who will pay for a good set of rubber bumpers since they are one of the few Spit parts not being reproduced.
