Do you have any more deets to offer on the car? Work you've done, current mileage, auto tragic or manuel transmission?
I was just in Columbus yesterday.
I bought it and put the title in my name and took it to a shop on the same day and had them inspect the car and change the oil and filter. I replaced the radiator and two of the three hoses that lead to the radiator and I would have done the third hose today if I hadn't hurt my back yesterday. So I'm probably going to do that next weekend. I also put a new battery in it.
The top is messed up, it looks pretty white-trashy right now so it needs replaced. Its got about 185k on it. Its a manual transmission, in fact anyone on here that has an automatic miata should be banned from this site. I'm primarily in Cincinnati, only going to be in Columbus for another week before starting a new job (with a company car). But I've driven it back and forth quite a bit and it runs fine. I will probably be driving one of my 940's for this next week though.
The heater and wipers stopped working the other day. I took it to the shop and had them look it over and they worked fine. I don't know what to make of it.

Dammit, why do I keep thinking a cheap Answer would be a little fun? EDIT: are the hardtops for this like "rainbow unicorns"-hard to find?
Not hard to find at all, but that is if you pay $1200. cheaper ones are rarer
As a reference Moss Miata sells new vinyl tops for less than $200. Not that I was shopping them...
I've seen many hard tops around my area ranging from $600-$1200.

two things, I screwed up the year, its actually a 1990 model. Secondly, I violated my own rule yesterday and let someone drive another car I have for sale and within a half a block he almost rear-ended someone, I had to yell at him to get him to focus on his driving so he wouldn't kill me.
