Good news. Van started up on first try when I dropped the battery in. Whatever I thought was sticking on the brakes didn't appear to today. Brakes also not as bad as I thought. Took a 10 min test drive and things seemed good.
On phone now will post a more detailed update tonight.
Does this mean that even the pads and rotors are reasonable?
Damn, $400 running, driving van... That is SOO tempting.
