Always wanted one. Sounds easy enough to put right, but who knows what else is wrong with it?
Not mine, obviously.

I've only ever seen one of these on the street and it was also red, tho it was a non-metallic red (from the pix this one looks like it has a metallicy paint job).
My brother had a white non-turbo one. I don't think I ever drove it, but it was comfortable from the passenger seat. Always wondered why we didn't see more of those.
always thought the s12 looked like fun... I think one of the probs is that turbo engine is very low on power (head design as I recall) and the fact you can get the vg30 with more power made it a hard sell... although I know you can swap in the much better dual cam version of that engine...
I tried to get one some years back with a blown turbo... very kewl cars... and none of the drifto tax for some reason
It's interesting, at least to me, that this model of the 200SX had a turbo 4 cylinder and a V6 as optional engine. Of the two, I think I'd rather have the V6, tho the turbo has it over the other engines by novelty and I would think it would handle better.
I owned a 1985 non-turbo version. Great car but no following. Parts will be a challenge to get.
These came out in 1984 - both 4-cylinders - 1.8 turbo/2.0 non. Nissan dropped the turbo and replaced it with the V6 towards the later years of the car. The V6 was sweet and had 5 lug wheels and was less "futuristic" looking than the turbo version. As I look back I realize the dash was really odd looking but it was Nissan's step out of the late 1970's into the 80's......
$1,300 is too high as these cars bring no money.
