No mention of the letters SE-R, just this little badge on the trunk.

1994 Nissan Sentra 2 door. 85,000 miles young. Have owned since July 2011 trouble free. Engine is CLEAN, only one previous owner. Strong runner. Surprisingly good in snow. Newer battery and rear tires. Perfect high milage daily transportation for student or getting to and from work. Issues: Some rust, no A.C., drivers door sags a bit, front tires are about due. This car is worth the asking price which is firm.

Some rust but I would be all over this if my needs were different. Somebody should...

Those rockers scare me a little, but that's the cleanest b13 SE-R i've seen in a long time, at least anywhere there is snow.

Door sagging is likely the body rusting around the hinges. Not that I wouldn't still like it for a winter beater.

Maybe.
The one I had (also white) had the door sag too, but it was just tired hinges. A trip to the dealer for new hinges had the door shutting fine again. The seat belt rollers in the doors combined with long doors make them HEAVY.
Looks like a deal though with that kind of mileage.

Tired hinges are reeeeallly common on B13s. Not a place they usually rust, either.

Well I've never owned one so I am definitely no expert, I just remember looking at a few for sale that were rusting out in that area.
It's probably wasted hinges and also happens to have rusty pillars. B13s seem to rot through between the hinges even before the rockers bleed out.
Hint, as learned from GRM: snag junkyard hinges from the passenger side of the donor, flip upside down for use on driver's side.
Not planning on doing this myself, but is it correct to assume the body(not including the sunroof) is basically the same as any other B13? Could dig up a 1.6-powered Sentra from the south to put all the goodies into?

^^^ Yes its fairly common to do that, even 4 doors take most of the SE-R parts. ^^^
I have a feeling there's going to be a lot of rust on that car. Some you can see, but what you can't see in the pictures scares me.

Huh. Didn't know it was a rot spot. Mine was rusted bad in the rockers and wheelarches, but the pillars looked fine.
Lots of rusty cars in Cleveland. They'd look fine from the outside, but you could stick a screwdriver through the floorpans anywhere on the car easily...

The rear strut towers love to separate from the rest of the car on B13s.
