I have a complete (exhaust manifold to tailpipe) exhaust from my '99 Miata available. It was never winter driven so its in great shape. The only issue with it is a failed weld between the end of the premuffler and rear pipe which is a cheap fix. PA cars have the same emissions requirements as CA so it has the 2 cats. Make a reasonable offer and its yours.
Worst, most restrictive exhaust ever put on a Miata. Unless someone just has to have that setup to be legal in their state etc you might be best to scrap it. You likely have $200+ in cats alone, just for scrap value.
