i have no batery at my car (Subaru Tribeca B9) and when i try to use the key, that don't work eather. My tehnician opinion is to break the driver glass and change the batery. Do you have other solution?

Car should automatically unlock with the key.......

That being said, I detect an odor of varnish commonly used to seal the outside of a small waterfaring craft. Most often powered by a human being using some form of manual rowing device, often called an oar.

If the battery is dead but still attached, you could jack it up and connect power to the starter + bolt and ground to the body using jumper cables and a fresh battery. Assuming the starter is accessible from underneath of course.
