Capri V6 engine and four-speed trans for sale. $350.

Anyone need/want a Capri V6 engine and four speed trans set-up. Ran well when it came out of the MG Midget. Pretty much the drivetrain that was used in the TVR for a time. Complete from carb to Hurst shifter. Asking just $350, changing directions with the project.

Right now it's up on a neat little single axle landscaping trailer. VERY well built, stake side, 15 inch tires, tilt function with metal mesh tailgate/ramp/ Perfect for loading and dumping mulch/loam or loading tractors/motorcycles.

Engine/trans/trailer: $450

Engine and trans alone: $350

Trailer alone: $150

Everything is located in Kingston, MA. South Coastal Massachusetts a few miles north of Plymouth rock. Can deliver locally.

I do not want this, but I would be curious to hear which V6 it is. 2.6? 2.8? Some weirdo imported engine (not like the 2.6 isn't weird...)?

Or trade for MG Midget engine and trans in similar/running condition.

Wish you had the Capri to go with it. Wait, maybe I shouldn't have said that.....

If I did, I know exactly where this engine/trans package would be situated.

Although, it would even be cool in a Falcon or Comet really. Pinto, Bobcat, or Mustang II even. Painted up in 289 blue it would appear "Factory Fresh."
