Dashboard VIN is correct for a '98 R/T. I'm guessing the driver's door was replaced with one from a '96 SOHC, (PR4 paint code is the same shade of red)

All the rest of the R/T stuff appears to be there, painted handles, red high bolster seats, rear disc brakes, etc. Not an ACR based on the equipment seen, no konis, cruise control, etc.

Yeah, that's pretty much how I read it, too.

I got $1500 in trade for mine back in 03 w/90k on it.
