ORLY?
Yeah, I'm not sure either. But hell, it does say "free truck".
I'd stay away. Nothing is more expensive then a FREE vehicle.....
depends on what yur definition of free is...
I have Froggy on his way right now to look at it
honestly it doesn't get much more simple then the iron duke... and parts are real cheap to boot...
if someone needs an engine for rebuild i've got one in my garage i'd sell for the price of scrap
as for body work... the only body panel that isn't super easy to unbolt and bolt back in is the cab (and only because of all the things going though to the engine bay)

My understanding of the ad is that he wants someone to do body and repair work to another car he owns and he will give the truck as payment. I could be wrong.

I think you're right. How you deciphered that I have no idea, but after knowing this theory and re-reading the ad it definitely makes the most sense.
So this dude wants body work AND mechanical work for an old piece of truck that he hasn't even put on the road? Oh, craigslist.

Why does he want the person to be more than 15 min from the mall of ga?

That's exactly what he is asking. From what Froggy says, he has another car that needs fixing and is willing to barter his truck as payment for helping.

So I guess it's true.
There's no such thing as a free truck. Ba dumm chhhh
I feel bad for the guy. Surely he's checked into DIY'ing his needed repairs, and he must not have any "car-guy" friends willing to help out. This has gotta be a last resort for getting help... right?
