Be a part of (Festiva) racing history! This car was our team's entry in the Grassroots Motorsports $2009 Challenge that placed 14th overall. It ran a 14.2@103mph on old crusty drag radials and could easily be in the low 13's with better rubber. We need funding for next year's challenge so this car has got to go.
Special GRM price of $1800 which should give you money for a set of tires (will come with stock Aspire wheels/tires), price only valid if you promise to bring it to the $2010 event!
Here are the details:
Motor/Turbo/Management:
-1.8L BP out of a '94 Escort GT with 48k on it, custom engine/trans mounts
-Mazda GTX intake manifold to clear the firewall
-Ebay Miata manifold with custom adapter for DSM T25 turbo
-2.5in downpipe that dumps under the oil pan
-SRT4 intercooler with very direct 2" piping put together fro stock MKIII Supra pieces
-1G DSM BOV
-Safely tuned MS1 with v2.2pcb/MSnSe using DIY Autotune harness and stock BP sensors with the exception of a GM IAT sensor (MapDot only, no TPS sensor)
-MKIII Supra 440cc injectors and fuel pump
Drivetrain/Suspension:
-Capri XR2 trans/axles
-Stock BP flywheel and pressure plate with Clutchnet 4 puck disc
-Full Aspire suspension/brake swap with Honda Civic ebay coilovers
-Will come with stock Aspire steel wheels and decent street tires (wheels/slicks in pictures not included)
Interior:
-Gutted including HVAC, radio etc., carpet reinstalled for aesthetics
-Custom Pleather door panels :)
-Summit racing seat on custom mounts
-Autometer boost gauge in a single pod
-Rear battery box
