I bought an '00 VR6 GTI as a parts donor for my daily driver (Golf TDI). It's in my 2-car garage, and I'd like to make it go away over the next few weeks.
The car has 105K, sucked in water through a cold air intake and hydrolocked the motor (will not turn over). Was otherwise running/driving fine at the time. Vehicle is currently complete, other than some fender bender damage (junk drivers fender, hood, headlights/grille/bumper)
I am taking all of the following for my own car:
-most of the interior (some trim available)
-all brakes/calipers/spindles/hubs
-CV axles & flanges
Almost everything else mechanical/underhood/structural is available. Cheap, trade, or beer. Good trans/clutch. Aftermarket goodies include: Magnaflow cat-back exhaust, supposedly Lightweight Flywheel (will pull and verify)
