2 or 3 days of selling ice cream would pay for that truck around here. I know another cab driver that owns one just like that (just less beat). He drives it spring through fall, ~$400 a day is his average take home pay.

Didn't you see the ADAM 12 episode. They weren't selling just ice cream.

If he was selling drugs around here he would be making a lot more than $400 a day
I guess the downside to ice cream truckin is the high cost of commercial insurance and obviously the off season.
