This set needs a little TLC for someone who wants to fiddle with electronics, but it is complete, and cheap.
It's an older model 7250 by Longacre. In it's day, it was pretty good.
Includes all 4 pads, and the control box and power cord.
I had it checked out by a local scale company, and one load cell is bad. Each pad has 2 load cells. A quick look at EBay shows load cells are pretty cheap. So, even if it took 8 new load cells to keep everything matched, it would be a good buy.
I thought I could use it for a while more by using only three pads, but the control box readout flutters a bit, so it may need a little more testing and effort on the circuit board.
I was going to fix it, but I am seriously pressed for time these days. I bought a new set.
I'll take $150 + shipping for it as is. They go for over $1000 new, so this is a pretty good opportunity for someone who knows a bit about electronics and wants to get serious about corner weighing and dialing in their car. It's been good to me for a long time- time to move on.
I can bring it to the Challenge.
