$1000 obo, that leaves at lease $1015 for challenge prep/wheelie bars. Somebody buy this, my garage/driveway/yard is already full. It even comes with the yugo motor to sell off for beer money/nitrous.

If that's got the engine I think it does, that probably engine mounts.
That's the front drive out of a late 60s Olds Toronado. 455 bb and a Turbo 425 transmission.
My Yugo was one of the most fun cars I ever had.
Why do people keep wanting to take everything they are good at and ruin it?
They are nimble, responsive, lightweight, accelerate quickly, toss-able, with a great racing heritage, and the FWD is a big advantage in a chassis like that.
This one would be a pig. A pig with a boat anchor mid-ship, and absolutely no structure left to hold it together.
That's a Toronado engine and trans. That means it's an automatic, so you don't even get to paddle the gears.
It wouldn't even be fun as a yard kart.
Bleh.

yea, remember seein' that one before
In reply to SVreX:
Agreed, the whole point of the Yugo for me was it revved to the moon and only made like 60hp, and with 145mm tires, didn't stick down very well, you could toss it around and bang gears in traffic and barely be keeping up.

Agreed, it has been floating around CL for a while. A novelty car at best, but probably major fun 40 feet at a time.
Nobody knows - they're usually screaming with their eyes tight shut at the time.
Previous one like this was dark blue.
