since you said rock bottom, I'll give you a dollar for it. Otherwise perhaps consider asking certain prices for things and you'll have interested people.
There's a whole lot of parts in a 7 series, it would be along list. $500 takes the whole car minus the exhaust and engine.
What size are the rims? Are the tires usable?
Same question on the tires - what size and condition? Do you have a tire machine at work?
They're 15" wheels, unsure of the width, likely 7" or 7.5. The tires hold air and that's about all. Maybe 4/32 tread remaining. I do have a tire machine.

All 4 doors are rusty along the bottoms.
Did a bit of research. The wheels are style 3, and should be 15×7.
How much do you want for them, and do you have any ideas how to get them to Philly?

Something in my susp level trips an error from time to time. But haven't messed with it.
$100 for the wheels, not sure how to get them to the city of brotherly love though, shipping would be painful.
