Too bad its an auto. My dad had one with a 5 speed and it was a gorgeous car. Best car he has ever had. Great ride, tons of room, good economy, and that sweet diesel clatter.

Too bad on the west coast.

ISTR that you need a special head gasket to repair one of these after it's blown. Maybe a thicker gasket to make up for the head being shaved. It was someone else's problem & a long time ago.
