This seat has never been in a car before. It was used as a floor model in a Race shop so it is essentially new. The manufacture date is Feb. '07. This might require you to run a seat back brace with this seat depending on your sanctioning body's rules. Not a big deal, they are readily available, cheap and easy to install.
There is a small tear in the rear corner of the removable seat bottom cushion, It doesn't effect anything and if it bothered you enough, the cushions are available new from Racetech fairly cheap. I am including the Racetech universal side mounts which are fairly expensive on their own. Other than that, its a cherry. No stains, even though it looks that way in one of the pictures
