Renix. A joint venture with Renault and Bendix. It seems to work well when it's working. A PITA when something goes wrong partly because it doesn't store codes. I've often wondered how hard it would be to convert over to the newer MOPAR system which they started putting in 1991 models.

Oh my... that's only an hour or so away from me... and I've been pondering a 5 spd Jeep lately since an old buddy of mine started posting videos on FB of his recent off roading exploits.

I really like the older interiors the more i look at them. Wonder how hard a backdate would be.
