Could be either the clutch master or slave on that car instead of the clutch itself. Hell, it could also be that the car is out of fluid in the master/slave and just needs fluid and a bleed.
4th gen TA guys do like to update the nose to the LS style. Hell of a thing to not mention in your ad. I would at least check it out if I wasn't 2600 miles away.
Man, the LT1 cars are getting CHEAP. That's the second or third sub-$2500 6 speed T/A or Z28 I've seen in the last month.
Don't think I've ever seen a TA without the T-Top option, could be a slicktop Formula. Anyway if I was nearby i'd definitely have a look at it.
Not a bad price, too bad I'm broke and it is a bit far. I've seen a few non-t-top TAs, one co-worker had one. More common in the base and Formula models.

They do still exist in z28/SS/TA/TAws6 packages too, just hard to find.
Not a 4th Gen, but my 2nd Gen WS6 T/A doesn't have T-Tops. If it did, it would have been junked 20 years ago due to rust issues from leaky T-Top seals.
