My brother's Altima is on its last legs and he is going to need another vehicle. He is a pizza delivery driver so he needs something good on gas, reliable, automatic, not too high mileage and 4 doors preferred (he has a dog). Max budget he told me is $1500. I trust you guys around here more than Craigslist. Located in Eastern Pennsylvania. Anybody have anything?

I have a Crown Vic that is as reliable as an anvil and just as refined... but it's in central Illinois. It's slightly beat up, has 140,000 miles and needs some front end work. It might guzzle a bit of gas during stop and go type driving but I'd let it go for $1,000 to one of my GRM brethren or family thereof. That would leave $500 for the flight.

I've replaced the upper and lower ball joints, slapped in some H.D. rear coils and shocks, and snagged some coil-over type front shocks that I have yet to install.

I'll run it by him today. I don't think he's in a case to do a fly and drive but i'll ask..

I may have a '97 Celica ST hatch. 150k on the clock, 1.6l ATX, nothing major wrong with it. 15x6 wheels with almost-new Khumo all-seasons. Timing belt has been replaced so it should be good to go for quite a while and its a Toyota from when Toyotas ran forever. It should give pretty good fuel economy even as a delivery car. Minor rust in 1 wheel arch.

It's not a 4-door but with the back seats down there is a lot of space in the rear. $1500 would take it. Located in northern DE about 30 minutes south of Philly.

I'll even throw in a set of uninstalled Konis with lowering springs, and the OE 14x5.5 wheels if you want them. I can shoot a few pics if he's interested.

4 door vehicles are easier to load up with 3 or 4 orders at a time like I'm used to taking.

I'm looking for something similar, but it will probably be a month or two for me.

I'm still thinking on the price. As fas wrong, i was going to replace the windshield (kids in the my friend's neighborhood ) a front fender (parking lot incident ) front tires and battery. I'd also do fluids and full tune up just because I always do that when I buy a used car.

OK, it was beginning to snow so the lighting isn't very good. But here is an album with the basics: https://flic.kr/s/aHskr744qH
