NMNA. This is almost in Andrew Nelson's backyard and if ANYONE has an honest chance of finishing a Europa it would be him.

Another Europa project

Seller said: Sitting for many years. No body damage other than usual stress cracks. Good glass, except missing rear window (flat glass). No seats. Wood dash has fallen apart, but gauges are good. Car rolls but does not run. Driveline is intact, but condition is unknown. Hard to find, this would be an excellent parts car. Any questions, email or call

For the most unlikely of all possible reasons, there is absolutely no way that I could pull this one off...

Is the frame set up on this the same as earlier Loti?

My guess is (2) MGBs, an MGBGT and an Anglia.

The Europa S1, S2, and Twin Cam all use essentially the same frame, with the only difference being the transaxle mount at the rear. The general design is similar across Loti, but being mid-engine this would be closer to an S1 Esprit than an Elan.

Looks like two Bs, a BGT and a Morris Minor. (excellent spot for a bike motor BTW)

Don't forget too that the S1 cars had the fiberglass body bonded to the frame, which makes repair and restoration more difficult. The S2 and later Europa's had more conventional attachments between the two.

Damn, I really wish I could pull this off, but can't.

What became of the one you sold a couple years ago? Just curious...

This one doesn't look too bad.

what would stop people from just jamming a bunch of other crap under the body? Like, ditch all the rickety lotus stuff, but keep the looks.
