'97 Miata $1200, blown engine (NMNA)

I wonder what is wrong with it. "Blown" can mean so many things.

It does have 1980000 miles on it, so I'd say it's due for a motor.

That's a steal for a supercharged Miata.

Did he give any idea what "blown" meant?

More than once here- that meant a bad crank sensor.

But it could also mean a hole in the side of the block.

It didn't say turbocharged, so probably not a windowed block
