What is tipping you off on that? I see the front fender might be wrong based on the badge but if it was in a crash I can see that getting replaced with a parts car piece.

The trim color is wrong, fender badge is wrong(also, appears to be original), the lower door sill is wrong, and there are no Viggen wheels anywhere(though they are fragile and have a tendency of bending).
Just too many small things to think it is actually a viggen.

I saw that too, but the only 17" are the Evo 3 wheels, which while desirable, are not Viggen wheels. I believe they only came on 9-5 Aero cars from the factory

They were stock on later OG9-3 SE convertibles, which further reinforces the notion that the convertible isn't a Viggen.
