It's not that far along. Basically, someone did all the fun and rewarding stuff, then stopped before dealing with mounting an engine, wiring, plumbing, steering, brakes, lights, etc, etc, etc. It's about 10% done.

Personally I see that somebody did the parts I enjoy least and am the least talented at, and left all the things I'd find fun.
Then it's a perfect starting point!
I am far too close to that, and my own chassis is only @1/4 done...

Heard back from the seller. Here is the exact response I got from him....
"It was built by a guy that build homebuilt airplanes, He used plans and parts from Locost. I have had it about a year. I am trying to buy a house right now and will never get to it."
It also hit Bring-A-Trailer this morning as well.
