I have a pair of 2-piston front calipers from an older Subaru [edit] WRX [/edit]. The red ones. Pistons are in place, but no other hardware. Condition unknown but they look OK. I got them free from a member who was going to throw them out (who got them from a friend who was going to throw them out).

Somebody take them before I throw them out. Your cost: free plus actual shipping.

How much to ship to 20777? Thanks!

Do you mean WRX calipers?

In reply to Sil80redtop:

I guess? Didn't the STi have larger front brakes and calipers than the regular WRX? Or are you making some comment about how it's technically an Impreza WRX STi, or some such?

If it falls through i might be able to put them to use. Or at least sit them on my shelf for a few years before giving them away again

I think the USDM STIs all had Brembos, but the later WRXs had a two piston caliper option, that were red. Either way, I'd love to bolt them up to my Saabaru.

I'll take a pic or two tonight when I weigh them.

I also might be intersted if it falls through, looking for the early STI non-brembo brake setup to throw on my '02 wrx.

Shipping cost (theoretically) should be whatever a medium flat rate goes for, from my memory. As I am not the owner of said brakes, I should add that this is just a guess.

I stand corrected. They are in fact WRX Subaru calipers, not STi pieces. Sorry about that.

They weigh about 20 pounds together. Shipping to 20777 would be about $15 via UPS Ground. If they fit in a USPS flat rate medium, it's about $13; $18 if they need a large box.

If the other guy changes his mind, I'm def interested!

Nice save from the trash, I see the cat think's so also.

If they could be bolted on to my car with little modification, I would be interested too.
