Dad worked on two of these when I was young for a friend of his.
Weird engine bay rust.

No it's there the busted tail light and crease in the bodywork. Just a E36 M3ty photo. For that price with a clean title I'd be all over it but I need to throw at least another $1,250 at my cc debt apparently to get above a 650 score. That will hopefully be accomplished by the end of the month.
Damn I see so much I could use for my 2002 but it actually looks better. Hate asking but anyone local that could pick up and store for a bit?
It's got a header and what looks to be a Weber 32/36, plus air conditioning. Sadly there are no photos of the rockers, floors, front frame rails, or shock towers, all of which are common rust points. Still, it's pretty damn good for the price in today's market.
It took me a few days to get in touch with the owner at which point I was already third in line to check it out. I'm assuming it is gone now.

I believe a friend of mine bought this as a parts car for his '76 2002 (which is also a rust bucket). He says the white one has a fair amount of mud in it. He is considering to put a running engine in it and flip it. I can put you in touch if you are interested.
