Good grief, it's a BMW gas engine and redlined at 4,500??? That's just over idle in a Miata.
Something is fishy there. 87 325ix has a stock redline of 5800. Probably put in a lower-miles ETA (325e) cluster. Those had a 4800 redline.
No title but one can be obtained for extra.

I looked at a GSX eclipse years ago at rinky dink mom and pop car dealer. Car looked good other than the PO had painted the console, and dash surround, and put white faced gauge covers in. I commented that the interior modifications worried me that it had been abused. "Awe nah, car runs GREAT, it's fast too! Someone just got creative with their painting." opened the hood, and there was a no name cone filter, the stock air box was gone, some hacked wiring and a manual boost controller installed. I pointed them out to the guy, and promptly walked. That car sat on that lot for a long time.
There's a special place in hell for people that paint random pieces of car interiors with bright paint. Kenny G plays night and day if the paint chips off easily and was brushed on in situ.
Looks like he had a 90's Civic body kit and only had a BMW laying around to fit it on.
