I'm keeping this as more of a maintenance log, but it might be interesting to some on here.
Picked this up not so long ago as my full on TOW THE THINGS PIG. I call it Big Turtle, everything fits in it's shell and it hums along nicely. 99k miles, interior is rough, has some damage on the drivers side and rear bumper. Apparently owned by an older gent that wasn't afraid to run over all the things....
You can see the shape of the headlights in this pictures...
So far I've changed out the super cloudy head light and replaced the front windshield - rotated and balanced the wheels (got rid of my 70mph wobble)
I've just gotten around to ordering an entire new front end - all steering and ball joints have just come in.
What a great rig - I loved my V10 F250. Do you have the 2V or 3V motor? I'm assuming 2V based on age?
A major maintenance headache for the V10 is the exhaust manifolds cracking, and then the studs refusing to come out.

So far as I understand the 2V - The exhaust studs are on my do it soon list. Any other advice around it? This one seems to use oil, but I'm not seeing any leaks. I was going to try Rotella t6 to see if that helped. I also want to do a fluid/filter swap on the transmission shortly so I can get everything to a known quantity.
Any advice from anyone is appreciated - I don't know fords well and know less about trucks in general. (though I learned a bit from my k1500 Suburban)
Used FORscan (https://forscan.org/) to erase all my keys and added back a new key. It only came with 1. A little bit scary since you can completely brick the car if you're not careful, it went slowly, but worked! Now with two keys I can add additional keys without having to use the laptop.

What adapter did you use???

ScanTool 425801 OBDLink SX USB:... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005ZWM0R4?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
It didn't want to work with by Speed3, but worked well with my Excursion

Thanks!

Not a problem
My brother and I managed to get the steering parts all refreshed, a bit of a pain, but not too terrible. Here's a time-lapse of the whole set of shenanigans. Now I just need to get all 4 ball joints installed and go from there. (ooof)

Was your truck wandering?
Are those headlights factory?
It was a bit, but most of the joints looked pretty rough for the mileage and I just went ahead and did the whole shebang with Moog joints so I'll hopefully be good for a long time.
Missed the other question, the headlights are these:

So far so good, amazingly they were aligned out of the box....
