Hello I just recently acquired a high mileage 1999 volvo v70 to get my foot in the door for rallying/rallycross and was wondering what some good suspension upgrades would be, either factory or aftermarket, on a budget. I do not expect to win any races with this car, just trying to have a blast and get my feet wet. Thank you very much.

Do XC70 parts bolt on? You might get 1.5” swapping struts
The front suspension on these cars degrades quickly even in normal street driving conditions so I'd recommend upgrading the swaybar links and the strut mounts ASAP. XC90 strut mounts are a common upgrade for the front end.
I think XC70 struts should raise you like ~1.5-2 inches over stock? It all should bolt up no problem.
