Got a big ole side exhaust made up for the truck. 5" is overkill for 3" duals... but It'll look good lol.

Screwed up and ordered 409 stainless instead of 304, I was wondering why it was welding so ****ty. Oh hell... its all getting Cerakote and Heatwrap, so it doesnt matter too much.

The "muffler" is a 5" x 9" Long Vibrant race muffler.

Got the oil cooler mounted up and the lines run to it as well as the rest of the turbos. Pretty pleased with how it turned out.
The Oil cooler is water cooled and hooked up to a 180F thermostat.

I've been slow to post and provide updates on the youtube but that doesn't mean stuff hasn't been moving ahead.

I recently made some decent sized purchases for the truck.

Full Set of TLX36 Ohlins Coilovers
1500mm x 1500mm CNC Router (due in January)

The Ohlins were 21" units rather than the 14" design i was originally planning on. That said, these were such a good deal and such a better damper than i was planning on that I decided to make it work.
Re-did the front buckets and swapped up the rear design make things a work.

The CNC router will be a big part of the upcoming composites work. I have alot of BIG carbon fiber pieces to be made (inner bed panels, carbon wheel tubs, internal tailgate skin etc) and the CNC router is going to take a significant amount of cost and labor out of the equation. So yes... not as much progress, but there is a method to my madness. Should make thing move much much faster once its here.

I also recent got my wheel and QD mount as well as the paddle shifters. Right now i just have a 3D printed mount for the paddles but it will be billet aluminum and anodized.
Got bedsides from a local yard as well and have been working on getting them cut up and mounted the way I like.

The youtube updates are a ton of fun, but I've got a new work promotion (time suck) and a 2.5 year old and an 8 month old, so if my extra time is between making youtube vids and making progress, Ill be making progress everytime.

I also recently got the interior of the truck 3D scanned so that when the router comes, I am prepped with design and ready to start making my interior panels.

Amazing work as always. This thing is going to be museum worthy when it's finished. I hope you drive the hell out of it.

Lots of stuff going on lately. Sorry for the sparse updates.

1. Got the CNC router up and running.

2. I got the radiator mounted up. This radiator is a 3" thick setup for a Dodge Cummins lol. Its huge.

3. I also started on the radiator fan shroud that comes up and meets the bed exit. The lower panel is the first part. It holds two 16" Spal fans.
Don't mind the residue all over the part, its just PVA residue. I am waiting on some 1/4 turn fasteners that i need to bond plates in the part. Once thats done ill trim and pretty up the part.

4. Ive also finally got the steering wheel control design wrapped up. The PCB design is now done but im just bench testing everything before i get it sent out to be made.

10 position dials from left to right are Traction Control Map, Boost Map, ABS map. Left lower red button is Traction control enable/disable.

Bottom right corner is a Cruise control settings: ON/OFF, Set, Increment up, Increment Down.

Top Blue Button: Standing launch control (hold down button, hold foot to the floor, RPMs held to build boost on two step, Dual clutch algorithm set for when released it follows a set pressure ramp).

Top White Button: Burnout limiter

Top Green Button: Rolling Two Step

Top Yellow button: Anti lag Solenoid Enable/Disable

There is some other bits in the design process, but ill save them for a later update.

Looking good. When you get your driveshaft, you should paint it white and put the lettering like the PVC pipe on it, just to mess with people.
